EldersChoice offers older adults the opportunity to remain independent at home for as long as possible with their treasured belongings and memories. EldersChoice is unique because it offers only continuous 24/7 live-in non-medical support services. By providing 24/7 care and case management, the older adult has control over his or her own routine in the comforts of their home. EldersChoice also offers respite care starting at a minimum of two weeks.
EldersChoice services have three main components. We specialize in recruiting, screening, and placing trained caregivers who only live-in 24/7 to assist older adults with their activities of daily living. One live-in caregiver can stay up to three months before taking a break; a temporary caregiver will take over until the primary caregiver returns. EldersChoice also provides customized care plans and ongoing case management services to assure continuity of care and to coordinate any needed at home medical support. All of this is included in one daily fee.
